The following Quality Policy and Quality Objectives are evaluated periodically by top management and communicated to all employees.

All employees are responsible to fulfill the Quality Objectives and to live up to the company Quality Policy.

Simply reduce our average "unplanned" downtime per week in 2025 by 30% for 2026

Simply increase revenue by 21% to meet 2026 revenue target.  

We should be able to generate sales through various channels to increase revenue.  We have hired an outside company to help us achieve this goal.

OEE is a metric that measures the performance of manufacturing equipment and processes.  Metro would like to move from Typical to High Performance level.  100% OEE is perfect production, manufacturing only good parts, as fast as possible with no stop time.

The Quality Policy includes commitments to:

The QMS (Quality Management System) applies to all activities affecting the quality of the organization’s product realization and injection-molding-manufacturing-processes and assembly excluding design and post-delivery services. The quality policies and objectives of the QMS will meet at a minimum the requirements of the International Standard ISO  9001:2015.
